I had an accident with my 4Runner in Orlando (I live in Fernandina Beach) and my insurance company suggested M & M, After looking at the great reviews on Google, I told my insurance company I was OK with using them. My car was impounded for being illegally parked and M & M got it out of impound and started working on it. The ladies at M & M were helpful, cheerful and put me at ease while they worked on my car which was 164 miles away. When I came back to Orlando to pick it up (finished in the time frame promised), it had a small spot that needed to be rebuffed and a wheel well molding that needed to be refitted but, they corrected those items and it looked like new. M & M...highly recommended!

I just picked up my car from M&M. I found them to be professional and courteous to work with and that they were readily available to answer questions I had about the status of my car after I had dropped it off. The attached picture is the damage I had repaired, and it quite literally is as good as new. Repairs took 6 days. The price I was quoted was similar to those given by other shops. They are associated with Progressive.

Took my car there for some body work and I’m really glad that I found this place. The service was excellent and on time. I’m very happy with the repair and I would definitely go back. They went above and beyond and took care of my door handles as well.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from M&M. I dropped my car off on 6/23 to repair a rear-end collision (not my fault) and didn’t get it back until 8/29—after countless calls and texts on my part. I have attached pictures to help illustrate that this process should have never taken 2+ months. My rental coverage expired after 30 days, leaving me to pay out of pocket for the remaining 37 days, as the at-fault party’s insurance coverage maxed out at $10,000. While the staff are sweet and appear to care, the service was inexcusably slow and the communication or lack thereof between the shop and insurance was extremely inefficient. On multiple occasions, my vehicle sat idle for extended periods, further delaying the repair process, resulting in me having to spend an additional $1000 on top of my $1000 deductible—costs I should never have incurred for an accident that was not my fault. Moving forward, I urge M&M to improve its communication with insurance providers and follow their policies to prevent situations like this from happening to other customers.
